Annual dues are due by January 31st of that calendar year, for each lot in ownership.

Board operating expenses: $27
Water augmentation fund: $29
Emergency escrow account: $3
Tarryall Fishing Club dues: $27

TOTAL: $86 (per lot in ownership)

Nonpayment of dues, etc., will result in a late fee charge of $25 (per lot + per year), after January 31st of that calendar year. If current year's dues + late fee are not setteld on or before the Annual Meeting, a lien will be filed against your lot(s).
